The folks that installed our geothermal system got out of the business so when it failed we had to search for someone with the expertise to fix it. Enter Wade Heating & Cooling. Our technician, Mike S., was knowledgeable and professional from beginning to end. He diagnosed the problem and developed a repair plan that not only got us up and running but also improved on the original installation.
Mike S. has been out to our place twice. Each time he has been punctual and thoroughly explained what needed to be done and thoroughly answered all my questions with clarity and patience. He is cordial and his appearance is neat and professional and he represents his company very well.
We met Mr. Sam J a couple years or so ago. He has been very polite and kind to us when explaining what type work he was conducting on our unit, and when he finished, told us what he had done. Over the couple of years, we have become very good friends with Sam J and hated to hear that he was departing at the end of this year. So sorry he is leaving! Thank you, friend and may God bless you!

We have always had a great experience with the company. Most recently, Mike S. helped us with a heating problem. Our unit would turn on and off without heating. Mike was very knowledgeable and very quickly determined what our problem was. He explained everything as he performed his work and was extremely courteous. We were very happy with our experience and hope Mike S. is the technician on our next service call!
When we were without heat Mike S. repaired our heating system the same day. He diagnosed the problem and made the repair in about 30 minutes. He has also done reliable work for us in the past.
