Idaho Falls There professional and kind. I was there for about 4 hours and if the sales guys werent doing anything they would talk to me, Even though I was there for long time for an oil change and tire rotation it was an over all good experience, plus I got a free car wash which was nice. I will also be returning to get my timing chain done within the week. The bathrooms are also very clean.

Wackerli Subaru Will Be Good to You The staff was really friendly and welcoming from the beginning. We came last week near closing simply to talk pricing on a lease and everyone was so kind. We test drove a Forester and loved it. The staff didn't seem annoyed that all this was done right before closing either. Their kindness and the great service really facilitated our looking at a Subaru.

Friendly Sales Team Joel was a pleasure to work with. He is personable and knowledgeable. He took time to walk us through each feature of the car. He introduced us to the sales and service managers as well as the general manager. He also made sure we knew we could contact him if we have any questions in the future. Customer service Getting to talk to the staff about new and changing products. Also talking to Shasta about stuff when she's not busy. Great atmosphere to wait around for your car to be done.
