Misty Polston and her assistant were fantastic, explain my procedure. Completed it and gave me great follow-up directions. I highly recommend Waccamaw dermatology.
Tiffany and Dr. Coakley were amazing.and were so personable. I have been around awhile and in many Doctors offices over the years and not a fan of any. Was the best experience bar none in any medical facility. I sure hope these two stay around as you will lose. I am not one for writing any reviews but so happy to write this one.
Service was amazing from start to finish! Kristen Clark is very knowledgeable, efficient, and has a wonderful personality that really works well with everyone! Very pleasantly surprised with the ease of setting up the appointment, filling out the paperwork, the amazing appointment, and the quick check out. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Dermatologist in the low country area.
Cancer and surgery are scary words to me. Everyone I met at Waccamaw Dermatology made me feel at ease. Misty, Mark, Liz and Dr Coakley are skilled and professional, and they go above and beyond to make patients comfortable. They care about each patient. My surgery was painless. I highly recommend Waccamaw Dermatology.
I have to say that this was one of the very best medical experiences I have ever had. Dr Coakley and his assistant provided a comfortable, professional and pain free treatment in every aspect.I had the MOHS procedure and it could not have gone any better. I would highly recommend Wacamaw dermatology and I would definitely use them again.
Tuesday was my first visit in Dillon office and I was nervous. From the front desk, Olivia Miller NP and all the staff make me very comfortable. Everyone was so friendly with great attitudes.

My Mom talked about an amazing Dr. on board at the Waccamaw Dermatology Institute. She had a very complicated skin problem that no one but Dr. R. Bibb could help to heal. That's why I' m a patient there. On my first visit, I felt nothing but welcomeness and kindness. They listens and get the job done👍 I'm looking forward to my second visit there. I highly recommend NP, Olivia Miller! I have seen her several times. She is awesome! While seeing my son, she actually called one of the doctors in to get a second opinion. I appreciate her thoroughness and taking the time to do that! Her staff has also been very helpful and professional.
