Sending a guy out with 1 day of training and if it wasn't for my trainee and myself he would be screwed.... you guys should be ashamed
I likethe pple that work for this company that I have met. They are very nice and are patient when we were busy.
Company is a good place to work for but they have 2 guys 1 in TX who thinks he's a supervisor/dispatcher & the other in the safety/HR office that are there only to line their pockets off the back of the company they do nothing to advance the growth of the company they just cut expenses to grow their bonus every quarter if you get above a certain wage during the week they try to park you the dispatcher won't answer his phone after 5 pm or before 8 am if u have an emergency your on your own & it's your fault the next day be le... read more
