I worked Going on 2 years I have never have I seen such bad management from the top down no can give you a straight answer. Management wonders why they have driver retention problem they need to look in the mirror because they are the reason .
Place is a joke...The pay so low you might as well work at Arby's....% MY ASS...And Scott go fuck yourself..
I loved it it was fun at times jeff was a good boss but it got to big for me.
Overall a decent company. However there reefer division can use some dispatcher that know what they are doing. Communication is key no matter if you have a second job or a function to do on a regular.
well the money was untrue worked 6 days a week for maybe 600 to 700 dollars dispatch jump on you before asking your side of the story a lot of young people in charge and really don't know what they are talking about laws and dot rules was show how they do thinks by a driver who don't even know he need trailer brakes on the tank to help stop the truck and he'd been driving he said 3 years the tanks need a lot basic work
I dont understand how it is when the truck I drive bracks down I get told to go home and wate till it gets fixed then go back to work. I do not get payed to sit at home and W.W. has over 700 trucks. When I ask for another truck I get told it is not worth spending the money to get me another truck.
I love working here. And everyone here is great and everyone sticks together
