DO NOT stay at the W for group events. I planned my sister's bachelorette. I was on the phone multiple times for months leading up to the bachelorette. Every single time, I was told different information about the reservation. Sure enough, when I showed up the reservation was completely messed up. The pool was also the size of a jacuzzi so we had to end up going to the Andaz. It is now 2 months later and I am still trying to resolve the billing they have messed up. Amazing View and the most comfortable bed you'll ever sleep in! I loved every single night I stayed there. They really make you feel welcome and at home. Close to everything that you want downtown, and if you wear heels, the cab ride is 5.00 dollars!
Great room, mediocre service I loved staying at the W but the service was ok. For a luxury hotel, you would expect speedier responses. I called for an electrician and it took over an hour for them to come change a simple light. I would stay here again but I hope they add more staff to improve the customer service.
Great Hotel! A terrific location and creative facilities make this place a great one for a getaway trip. They have an outdoor pool (small, less than 10 seats available) as well as an outdoor beach bar with a fire pit (very cool). Rooms very nice and well-sized for a W Hotel. Fun and mellow! The W is awesome to just chillax at! Beautiful women on the weekends, be ready for long lines on weekend nights. Def a place to be seen, get suited and booted folks
Awesome AAA+++ This was my first experience at Horton Plaza a few years ago when I got to stay at this W Hotel with my best friend. I think we had to pay for overnight valet parking but the service was absolutely top-notch from the check-in to check-out. The room was not too big but the bathroom was bigger than usual with marble top counter and double sinks. The beds were so soft that I had a really good sleep.
