Beautiful place and awesome staff! I want to live here :)
I love this hotel! It is fast becoming my favorite place to stay in NYC!! The staff, rooms, views, gym and location are amazing. Especially the staff, and Prithvi Shah in particular... a very special long term stay!

Great view from bar - friendly staff. Cleaning of room questionable - had to call for hairdryer! No extra bathroom tissue (TG did not use the last piece)
We always stay at W / Westin Hotels and our stay here was excellent, as usual. The woman at the front desk (I think her name was Akeela) was a total sweetheart and our room, which was at the end of the hall, had a gorgeous front-facing view of One World Trade Center. We look forward to staying at this location again, when we want a quick weekend away. We highly recommend!
