Nice hotel with helpful staff and a lovely room. Requested coffee maker and it was provided free. Used their WiFi but got reimbursed for it as we were guests. BIGGEST complaint is that it’s over one week since we’ve checked out and they still haven’t released my US$200 from my credit card. We didn’t use any mini bar items - I’m sure they know that by now. Spent NYE 2018 at the Living Room Bar. Great time!
The decor is a bit dated, but the staff, especially the housekeeper who helped get my robitussin was exceptional
Loved the hotel. Located close to the Oracle and WTC. Close to major subway lines to get you to midtown/uptown quickly. 2 stops from China Town and little Italy. Hotel was chic. Staff was amazing! Coffee makers available upon request.
The room is so bare bones. Charge for everything, wifi, water. Not even a coffee maker in room. When booking they never told us restaurant was close. Carpet is dirty in the hallway and room. No outlets near the bed stand . We found one and a an $1 extension cord. What a fire hazard! The worst stay. With all the competition in the area you would think it would be better.
