The check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy. The staff and associates were helpful each encounter.
Checkin was unhelpful. Had to wait over 45 mins for the room I wanted. And never got it. They forgot about me. My city view from my corner room was of a vacant lot full of trash! Restaurant was closed. No in room coffee, actually no coffee. And to top it off, stains on the sheets. Otherwise, great stay!
The hotel is modern and cute. Great location. Large shower, Marriott hospitality, and comfy beds. Only thing I would change is go to one queen and one double bed. Would be a tiny bit squishy as far as floor plan, but would sleep so much better!
