Love this place. The entire staff is friendly and efficient. The office is clean and comfortable. Every person, patient or not, was treated with the utmost respect.
I know a lot of parents have hesitation over the dentists who don't allow adults to stay with their kids in the treatment room. Me too when it was my first visit at Dr. Ingalls' office. However over the years it proved they are not those that leave parents in the waiting room for the wicked reasons. The truth showed they are able to handle the kids' emotions very professionally. Dr Ingalls and the entire staff in his office are wonderful. Rour rception is always friendly & professional. The waiting room and entire facilities are very clean. We are always treated puncutually. Dr Ingalls takes his time to explain what's going on to parents, and the children really like his personality. We really like the new word puzzle game in your waiting room!
