Excellent doctors who explain everything. My 4 year old loves going there.
I have been coming to Dr. Ingalls with all three of my boys for over 20 years now. I would highly recommend him and hope to see my grandchildren coming to him!
The staff is always professional and polite. I would highly recommend their dental services.
My insurance info does not appear to be noted correctly. I should have 100% preventative.

One thing I would love to see change is.... How MANY TIMES you remind me of our appointment. The e-mails start trolling in, what, 2 weeks before the appointment. Then I get at least 2 to 3 text. If parent are not responsible enough to remember their own child's appointment then shame on them. One to two reminders would be plenty for me. Thank you!
Daniel's hygienist was very good. She explained what she was doing to Daniel and I think it helped him work through his anxiety. :) We're always thankful for Dr. (Mike) Ingalls as well. :)
We absolutely love coming here. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming and is always more than happy to help us with any questions we may have or reschedule appointments if necessary. I wish all the other dental companies would take notes from Dr. Ingall's and how his company is run and apply it to their own businesses. :)
