It is very uncomfortable when the tech comes out to the waiting area and asks if there are any medical changes or issues with my child. This is private info and I do not like saying anything while everyone else is there sitting and able to hear everything. This is the only thing I really dread at my children's appointments.
Dr. Ingalls and his well trained, friendly staff are the perfect example of excellent patient care.
