Dallen had a negative experience with his tech who I think was Shannon (red head). He complained that she was rude and spoke to him in a way, that I as his mother would have not talked to him. He would like to not have her again. But other than that, we love your dental practice!

Everyone is so pleasant and nice. It makes me feel better about not being with her in there.
I must say, the minute the staff/dental assistant came to great me and my 6 year old with a friendly smile and handshake, I knew that we would be staying at this office until she reaches a teenager! Even when the visit was over, they kindly shared my daughters dental progress/concerns and the dentist was so friendly. I have never been so excited to get a survey because I couldn't wait to share how pleased I am:) Thank You Staff! Your kindness, effort and dental knowledge is appreciated!:) -One happy parent
