Natalie was amazing and welcoming when I arrived. She is exactly what I expect when I stay at a Starwood location --- top notch customer service. She was so helpful and sweet after hearing my husband was coming to visit for the weekend. She really listened to me as her customer and really made my stay the best NY stay yet! Thank you to HER, I'm excited to come back next time.
My husband and I love the W in Union Square. It’s great for a quick getaway. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the W Union Square.
Currently sat in the Irvington bar (which seems lovely) I arrived about an hour ago and went to the reception to check in, the reservation is in my friends name but I have all the details and documents. She’s joining on a later flight. Unfortunately the hotel will not let me check in without her being here. I have shown the documents, explained she is on a flight and that I have been up for 48 hours solid but they won’t help. So currently have another 4 hours waiting around. Not helpful service, and it’s raining!
From my first call two days prior, I spoke with Keyes to make sure everything was ready for my arrival. He was very helpful and confirmed various request. Upon my arrival the lobby was very busy but the front desk and staff worked diligently to check people in quickly so my wait was not long. I was very pleased with the front desk upon check in.
