RecommendedI stayed at the W Union Square for three nights. The building is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. However, the rooms are showing their age, a refresh would be nice. The staff is friendly and attentive. The location is the star. Being based out of Gramercy Park/Union Square was awesome. The hotel is close to the Union Square MTA subway station.
Fantastic hotel, staff are so accommodating and helpful. Rooms are lovely and clean. Second time here and I will definitely return.
