Worst service I've ever had at a hotel. My card was charged several times without my permission.....beware
Used it for our daughters wedding for guests to stay there only because of its closeness to the wedding venue. DONT DO IT! Don't use this place for groups...Guests arent allowed to go to floors other than their own...no one can get to the bride's suite or parents hospitality suite or visit each other's rooms...Even parents can't get to their kids rooms!!! But at least the staff is unempowered, totally disorganized, & surly whether it's the group desk, the catering group, or the front desk...and be sure u carefully review ur ... read more
It's gotten bigger then it used to be. More department stores. The park is active for all kind of events. But I feel it's very dangerous due to the homeless seeking shelter there.
