Multiple people are getting robbed here but hotel staff. Be warned! Management doesn't mind and are letting their employees get away. Criminals.
DO NOT stay here!!!!! My friend had all of his valuables stolen from his room over NYE. He's a platinum member and has given them a TON of business. The front desk manager completely blew him off and couldn't be bothered to do anything about the theft. HORRIBLE!!!!!!
