His assistance are not polite at all. There’s actually one of them that’s actually really rude. Would hang up on you. I don’t know what type of assistant she is but they need to change. They would also forget to call you back when they say they were gonna call you back and when you called, they don’t know what you’re talking about. Terrible service had us sign paperwork outside. The lady didn’t know what paperwork i needed and got mad when we told her the lawyer already knew everything and she told us that we could leave if we wanted when we asked why we couldn’t fill the paperwork inside since it looked unprofessional. She was very rude and took the paperwork and said that if we had a problem to talk to the lawyer and closed the door.
