Last year bought seeds and they didnt grow. Thought it was me. This year bought seeds again and several packages didnt grow. Bought some seeds of a different brand they grew, so I dont think it was me. Retailer said I had to contact Burpee direct. So I emailed you. It took a week to get a response. After explaining it all, they replied back asking about my email, what was my issue? Explained again. Their ads are on my homepage constantly, finally decided to check them out and found some plants i was interested in. Wrote with some questions and never had any response. Commented on one of their posts as to how to go about getting questions answered and still.......nada. Not sure what the point of bombarding people with advertising is if you have no intention of interacting with them when they attempt to purchase something. Took my business elsewhere and have hidden their ads.
Order plants from the site. ALL came in sickly and/or dead. Horrible packaging. There was no way they had a chance.

I ordered 3 buddleia bushes that ship dormant and can be planted right away. Two died and one flourished. Instead of replacing the bushes, I was treated like a thief! I am 46 years old and not trying to ask for something I do not deserve. I am certain that while the bushes ship dormant they must of been woken up in the hot shipping process. I’d rather have a company not guarantee a plant than guarantee a plant and treat you like a thief when you explain what happen and blow you off entirely! I’m disgusted.
I placed an order for live plants- 4 tomatoes, 1 eggplant, and some mint. The plants arrived on Monday and I have been trying to contact Burpee ever since. I left a voice mail and it has been over 48 hours with no response! I have also emailed and received no response!! The order was delivered by UPS- and even though the plants were in plastic “compartments”- the dirt was out of the containers, and the plants were covered in the soil mix. waited almost a month to get my trees to find out they substituted a cherry for an apple tree. I ordered the 2 apple together because they cross pollinate. horrible customer service
I purchased several item one being the 72 seed starting kit and only germinated 7 tomatoes plants...no peppers, no sage no mint no NOTHING😡 VERY DISAPPOINTING
