I ordered BlushPink SunPatients. It took over a month to get them in. When I did finally get them today, they are the most pitiful looking SunPatients that I have ever seen. Scrawny is being nice. I am so disappointed. My husband called at the first of this week to find out when to expect the plants. Whomever he spoke with needs to work somewhere else. Customer service is definitely not his strong point. I will never order from Burpee again.

I ordered product that has not arrived. Contacted customer service six times. On last call customer service that they would get back to me within a day have seen or heard from the company for 2 days. will not use them again. I suggest you find another supplier for your plant needs

I just had the most pleasant customer service experience with Burpee and when I had an issue they proudly stood behind their product. I'll be a customer for life. 😎

They send Seed Peanuts in the Shell. So you are paying a High price for dried peanuts. Save your money, if this is seed peanuts. Buy in the grocery store. Burpee wint get another cent of mine. 29 dollars for 2 pounds of dried peanuts, is ridiculous.

Don’t order anything online! They ignore emails and won’t send shipment date or tracking number.

So a week ago I received my broccoli plants from Burpee. This was a disaster. Customer service said they would replace them and I left it at that. So I’m waiting for my replacement broccoli and I called yesterday and they cannot tell me when it’s going to be shipped. Very disappointed. I have 12 tomato plants coming into weeks I hope they arrive in one piece.
