The quality of their seeds you buy
I have ordered my vegetable plants here for years with no problems, but this year has been terrible. Customer service is seriously lacking. Vegetables for my growing zone were scheduled to ship over a week ago. Nothing. I sent an email and after 5 days of no response, I decided to call. I tried three times with no answer and incredibly long wait times. I tried again today, and after another long wait finally got a person who seemed annoyed that he had to talk to me. Better Customer Service and response time to inquiries
Worst customer service ever! I have sent 2 emails in the last 2 weeks with no response and after a 20 minute hold finally reached a live person yesterday who was inconvenienced by having to do his job and talk to me. He was to call me back about my order and in their typical customer service fashion, still no response. Do not order from them unless you expect to wait weeks for in stock products to ship or if you don’t need customer service.
