I've been a faithful customer of Burpee seeds for 16 years +. I grow everything from seed. For the 3rd year in a row, I screwed up and bought the 'Flavour Hybrid Blueberry Impatients" just to get 2 seeds in one package and 3 in the other. This has happened now 3 years in a row now! I can get better online for sure from other seed companies. I easily spend $50 or more buying burpee seeds at the grocery store because it's convenient. Dont waste your $ on Burpee. Go to Johnny Seeds, Rare seeds, select seeds, or The Sample Seed ... read more
I’ve been buying my seeds from BURPEE GARDENS for about 4 years now and my plants are always very productive, healthy, and the fruits are so YUMMY!
by not sending dead flowers and then failing to respond to emails
ordered 3 berry plants this year, came in very healthy & can't wait to have lots of berries!
I’ve been buying from Burpee, off and on for years. No more. The quality of tomato plans when they arrived were horrible. Almost dead. Incredibly disappointing.
I bought 3 Bare Root David Austin Roses. I planted them. Two are thriving, no blooms yet. One grew faster than the other. One did not sprout anything at all. I notified customer service. I was thoroughly surprised, with kind and prompt service. They were out of stock on that rose. I was refunded my money for the one plant with no hassles.
I ordered from Burpee last year and didn't get the corect plants. This year i ordered herb plants 5/26 and it is now 6/2 and my plants aren't shipped yet
My order wasn’t shipped until numerous inquires. Then when it was shipped it was apparently delivered to the wrong address. I keep asking for a refund and I am answered with silence. I do not want to call you Ijust want a refund!! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with!!!
I did recommend them last year. Excellent service and happy with products. This year one shipment was delayed by 2 weeks through USPS. Burpeee customer service would not help with misrouted package. Then my cherry tomato plants shipped UPS got lost in IL. Supervisor said we will send a replacement AT NO COST. Well I Would hope so! So now 3 weeks after original shipment was lost I got my replacement. NOT ONE PLANT IN The PACKAGE. thanks Burpee. Glad my replacement was at no charge to me. Now what about my original payment and... read more
