Customer service is AWESOME! I made the mistake of using Walmart for the convince on my tires and they put the wrong tires on my car. Thankfully the guys at Estes caught the mistake. Thank you so much Estes for actually checking to see what size were SUPPOSED to be on my car.
I am sitting in the lobby at Estes, in Hoover, right now, waiting for some work to complete on my car. These guys are the best. I have listened as they've served customers at the desk and on the phone.
