Sorry. I like these guys. I wanted to get a leak plugged/patched and they insisted that it couldn’t be done. I went down the street and had it patched in 15 minutes. The second place said no problem. The Estes guys are too interested in making money. I’m not likely to ever go back. This was the Hoover location.

Recommendedfinally fixed my rattling car!!!
Faithful customer for over 10 years until today. They aligned my car and it pulls worse to the right than before. I called and they said it was on my ticket that it might do this. That I’d need to take it to the dealership. I asked why they wouldn’t tell me BEFORE they attempted the alignment to see if I still wanted to do it. I would have said no. I asked for my money to be refunded and they refused. Very disappointed is an understatement.

Richard is straightforward and honest. Blew away the competition in tire price, very easy to deal with. Called and told them what I wanted, he got the tires same day, dropped off my truck and two hours later we were rollin again.
