I had a horrible wheel grinding noise and even consulted with an auto repair buddy of mine in Atlanta and we just knew it was time for new brake pads. Estes pulled the tires this morning and informed me my brake pads where better than 90% and they dropped a small pebble they found between on of the pads and the rotor in my hand. RecommendedI've been a customer for almost 40 years and only once did I have a very small issue and they were quick to take care of it. They replaced the tires on my 79 Pontiac Trans Am. They were fascinated that I ordered that car with a 4sp transmission! They have since serviced all of my cars and continue to be my place of choice. I highly recommend them!!
Blew a tire the morning of my wedding, stressed out and way behind schedule. I explained the situation, and they had me taken care of in less than 15 mins! Looked like a NASCAR pit crew! Amazing service. They have my business from now on.
We have used Estes for as long as I can remember....but the last two times, things have been different. Today, for example, I had a nail in my tire and the leak was getting worse. No problem! I aired it up and rushed to Estes to see about getting it plugged until we get ready to purchase new tires. When I got to Estes, they told me that they did not have time to take care of it today. RecommendedLive in the 280/Greystone area but we happily make the drive EVERY time. We used to go to Trussville but now we go to Moody just because it is slightly closer. Same excellent service, reasonable prices, and friendly faces. Won’t go anywhere else.
