Great price on tires and alignment. Customer service was excellent.
They've been my FRIEND for more than 20 years. They know my name when I call. They can fix any car, keep a record of the service, send me reminders, and they provide plenty of coffee while I wait. There may be cheaper places, but i wouldn't go any other place unless they told me to.
Sent my wife to Firestone to get an alignment and the tech tried to tell her that she needed $1300 worth of suspension work done. But I had just put all new parts on the car the month before. So I call Estes and the tech, Billy Vaughan was very professional and told me everything was ok. And it only costed me $79.95 then got $10 off cause I liked them on Facebook.
