I cannot recommend these folks enough! I had a horrible wheel grinding noise and even consulted with an auto repair buddy of mine in Atlanta and we just knew it was time for new brake pads. Estes pulled the tires this morning and informed me my brake pads where better than 90% and they dropped a small pebble they found between on of the pads and the rotor in my hand. I've been a customer for almost 40 years and only once did I have a very small issue and they were quick to take care of it. They replaced the tires on my 79 Pontiac Trans Am. They were fascinated that I ordered that car with a 4sp transmission! They have since serviced all of my cars and continue to be my place of choice. I highly recommend them!!
We have used Estes for as long as I can remember....but the last two times, things have been different. Today, for example, I had a nail in my tire and the leak was getting worse. No problem! I aired it up and rushed to Estes to see about getting it plugged until we get ready to purchase new tires. When I got to Estes, they told me that they did not have time to take care of it today. Sorry. I like these guys. I wanted to get a leak plugged/patched and they insisted that it couldn’t be done. I went down the street and had it patched in 15 minutes. The second place said no problem. The Estes guys are too interested in making money. I’m not likely to ever go back. This was the Hoover location.

finally fixed my rattling car!!!
Faithful customer for over 10 years until today. They aligned my car and it pulls worse to the right than before. I called and they said it was on my ticket that it might do this. That I’d need to take it to the dealership. I asked why they wouldn’t tell me BEFORE they attempted the alignment to see if I still wanted to do it. I would have said no. I asked for my money to be refunded and they refused. Very disappointed is an understatement.
