On our way back home to Virginia from Illinois, we punctured a tire on a piece of tile on US 35 in Beavercreek near Voss Toyota. We were able to slowly drive into the dealership and were immediately greeted by Bobby K. (I hope that's correct--it is the name on our receipt) He told us that they did not have our tire in stock, but they could have it the next day. Voss is a great dealership, my wife and I always get treated great there.
Sales was great and people were friendly but I bought a used Audi A4 and drove the car home and to work the next day on my way to work the oil filter was clogged and made the motor not get any oil and made the car useless. They tow the car back to the shop and instead of fixing the main problem they just clean the filter and give it back. The car still has low oil pressure and can not be driven until fixed. I do not recommend buying a used car from them.
Car shopping is always stressful because it's always more than you think it is just because of inflation but I had checked around a couple dealers and decided to go with Voss. I only had so much money to spend and they were able to pull it off today great service only staff would highly recommend
