RecommendedOur experience at Voss Toyota was nothing short of exceptional. Mike Severs helped us get an amazing Highlander and Tom Pleuthner helped deliver the vehicle. Tom was very patient, knowledgeable, and a consummate professional. Tom walked us through the actual purchasing process with ease and we were never left waiting around. Thank you to the Voss Toyota Service Dept - especially Ronnie. While traveling from NC to IA we had a tire blow out on the interstate after hitting something in the road. While waiting for a tow truck, we called the Voss Toyota Service department and spoke with Ronnie. He was able to check the tire inventory and miraculously had the tire we needed in stock. They were waiting for us and stayed open past closing on a Saturday to install the new tire so we could get right back on the road.
After a week shopping for an SUV with third row seating, my wife and I came back here three times to work with Matt Yoxtheimer. we cannot thank him enough for working so hard to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted at a great price. Matt treated us with respect and not customers but a family in need of an upgrade. Overall, we had an excellent shopping experience.
I have been researching vehicles for awhile as I had a 16 year old vehicle that was on it's last leg...when it finally died I began my search again, this time in a rush. On a rainy Saturday morning my sister and I ventured out to look for a car. I had been at another dealership that morning and decided to visit Voss Toyota to look at the Camry's.
