Managers and staff you can trust. Some of the sour grapes stories I have read just now do not constitute less than stellar customer service. We do not sell cars “out from under people”, and if another customer test drives a car before you get there, it is not the internet departments fault. Lol. While the issue was because of Toyota's fault, I had to rent a car while my car was in the service caused by Toyota manufacturing. -They promised the service would take only two days to make it look easy for me to just wait 2 days, as they did not offer a replacement car or shuttle "due to COVID-19" or even an uber ride. After two days they called and asked for more days as my car needed more work caused by Toyota. The service dept has over scheduled for the third time. The first time I let it go as one of those things. The second time even though I called and made an appt.. I showed up and had to leave because they had overbooked. I’m here for the third time and starting my 3 third hour waiting for an oil change and AC check.
They don't stand behind their cars. We purchased a 2010 Prius for our 16 year old daughter 4 months ago. When we purchased the car the back-up camera and radio worked. We were told by the salesman that they did not have the navigation CD, which was fine with us. We recently had to replace the car battery. As soon as the new battery was in, the radio and camera stopped working. We contacted Voss and they want to charge us $140 to look at her car. Beware on the amount of credit companies they check on for you financing. They show up as hard inquiries on your credit report and lower your score.
This dealership is awful, long story short. We were coming up to purchase a vehicle today and had everything figured out and they sold the vehicle out from under us. By far the worst dealership we’ve ever had to deal with. Awful customer service and people
