I understand there is a pandemic but all hospitals allow one family member in with mask. But you guys make a mother of a pregnant girl sit outside in the heat because you don't allow noone but patient inside. Especially a Mother that is in the Heathcare field herself. How disrespectful!!
RecommendedThey are the BEST women's clinic around. They saved a friends life that was battling cancer in the past and saved my daughter. Now my granddaughter is going there for her unborn child. I trust them fully!!!! I hate the way a site called Jay County News and Information is tearing down this wonderful center telling people not to go there.
Horrible experience. None of the doctors do things the same way. They never documented my appointments so I had to re explain each appointment. They hound you each visit for money making you feel as though they won’t let you return to your next OB visit if you don’t put them at that moment. I switched to a new doctor at 30 weeks and they wouldn’t send any of my info to my new doctor. Had to go to the hospital for horrible pain and their doctor was on call. Dr Franky is very friendly, kind, attentive, easy to talk to and is trustworthy.
Dr. Lopiccolo took amazing care of me in an emotional, emergency situation. Highly recommend him!!! He answered all my questions and took time to explain things clearly to me. Exceptional!
Over the last year the care for patients has went horribly down.
The office was really rude and when I called for directions not realizing they moved from the old place I was hung up on I found the new place and they wouldn’t fit me in and I said we’re 15 minutes late and the lady was sure to correct me it was 20 minutes they were uncaring to my situation and I told them we would go somewhere else and the receptionist said good....went to my family physician and was fit in same day they were nice and careing so that is where I’ll stay going. My appointment did not go as planned, but what did go great was the amount of patience and care that I received. Sherry Lewis and her assistant took amazing care of me today. I highly recommend the Voss Center.
