The nurse practitioner was rude and disrespectful she made me feel worse not better. The only reason why I'm giving it one star is because I can't post it without giving it a star & she don't deserve any stars for the service that she gave me
Vontaye Smith is rude and had an attitude. Firstly I had to call the office to ask why she was a no show on her video appointment? Was in her waiting room online for 30 minute , it said she was not online? Usually there is a message that you are next in line. When I called the office they told me she was running behind, then she called on phone, we never even had a video appointment.
