They call almost everyday asking if I can make other arrangements and to the point of refusing to come
Isn't the purpose of having a VON is to avoid having to drive myself to meet them at THEIR location? I am taking 4-6 Tylenol-3 for pain for the next few days. No way will I drive myself or bum a ride. Its their job and they are paid for their services. Their "staffing issues" sounds like a THEM problem....not mine. My chain of command will be notified
