RecommendedBethany Terry is the best employee that they have!! We had s glitch with our tix to an event and she went above and beyond to get it fixed for us!!! Also there’s not a bad seat in the house in the auditorium! Love the tiered seating so visibility is great!
Bethany Terry saved our night!!! Ticketmaster had a glitch that caused a problem with our tickets to see Black Jacket Symphony perform AC/DC . She was so kind and corrected the issue. We are so grateful that there are still such wonderful people in this world!
Their policies on unopened food and drink is too much. After paying so much for tickets and then for parking to make some of our ladies throw away their UNOPENED water and crackers (which were brought because of low blood sugar) was unacceptable. And then to see women walking around with their yeti cups just added insult.
What an incredible venue! The staff at The VBC is topnotch! You won't find a better team to work with for any event you may host on their grounds!

The seats are very small and cramped, and there is no leg room. If you are tall and/or a little wide, you will not be very comfortable.
Yeah so I needed to run to the car to get something for a friend and they refused to let me leave and come back. I mean, I have a ticket and it’s just a high school graduation. It’s not like it’s a freaking concert. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Two thumbs down. �
