I drove almost 4 hours to spend time and attend the Holidaze event with my family. My sister in law paid alot for tickets to sit together in the handicap area with my dad. When we got there we could not sit together because the handicap section is not handicap accessible. There were lots of stairs and the elevator only went to the balcony. We looked around and asked for help and all they could do was separate us. Completely disappointed and downright sickened to hear that the VBC is hosting a memorial for an attempted police murderer. My tax dollars should not support this type of activity!
Your employees/security are absolutely the worst I have ever encountered. I don't know what rock you found them under, but they are miserable and have no no business working in public. If they hate their jobs so much, why do you keep them employed? The way they treat disabled individuals is absolutely disgusting and you all are going to end up messing with the wrong person one day. You are legally required to accommodate them, but instead you make them suffer and offer no assistance at all. Shame on you all for allowing this... read more
