Great place to go to hear a concert
Disappointed and feel scammed!! We brought our two children to Havoc youth jersey night and showed up early to be one of the first 1,200. We were expecting these jerseys to be handed out once inside, but instead we were give a "voucher." LITERALLY a voucher for next week to come and pick them up. NOWHERE does it state that we would be given a voucher for a later pickup date. I see this as a seriously cheap scam to get people to buy tickets and then forget about coming back to pick it up a week later. Pathetic, False Advertis... read more

Great venue however, parking is a huge problem. Does not live up to the caliber of the venue. Season ticket holder for theater and trying to get in and out of the parking garage is ridiculous. Extremely disorganized. Ugh.
Visited the Elvis Christmas concert last night and the metal detectors and Wand people searching for “weapons” of 75-80 year old people with pacemakers and walkers forced to go outside to come back in other doors just to be heckled about emptying out their pockets and such is ridiculous. It’s sad that this is what America has come to. Several people were late getting in the show because of the metal detectors kept going off and then one guy had a Swiss Army knife that they made him take back to the car or he couldn’t come in... read more
