Mike at Empire Auto Group(Empire Volvo Cars) was a pleasure to work with. When we got there, we did not feel the regular pressure you feel from other car salesman, where they are trying to push you to make the sale. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Terrible experience. Will deal with them again. Arranged with one of their sales people to view a vehicle at their dealership. Drove an hour and a half(one way) and they didn’t have the vehicle. Not sure which is more irritating that they don’t know their inventory or that they made me waste 4 hours of a day.
Good overall experience.
