Not very communicative. I've been looking for a now 2017 to 2018 Mussel blue w blond interior and so far I've done all the searching. If that's the case the sales person is being paid to process paperwork. Just because of Covid does not mean your customer now does all the work.

Sales professional was responsive and kept me informed on the status of the car I was interested in.
Really fast response, I couldn't get back as fast as I needed to be in a nurse manager and things are crazy right now. Sadly the car is interested in sold quickly. Would definitely look to them again when I have a chance to shop around

Josh returned my email inquiry immediately and provided options to test drive the car, including (because of COVID-19) dropping it off at my home and / or keeping it overnight if needed. He answered all of my questions in a timely, professional & kind manner.

Communication was excellent. There were several people interested in the same car and the were professional with the transaction. I was the first to show interest and they gave me the opportunity to say if I wanted it before offering to anyone else. I’m proud to say, my 17 year old has a much needed new car. Thank you
We came into the dealership an hour before closing; even though we came in so close to closing the team there was still happy to help. They are not pushy salesmen; our salesman was Jeff and he was very nice and helpful. They don’t try to talk you into stuff you don’t actually need. When it’s time for me to get another car I’d definitely come back, would recommend these guys to anyone!
