We had the best salesman Mike Crawley. He got us the car we wanted with a great deal.
Dealer was easy to communicate with and worked with us in pricing. Happy with the car (so far).
The salesman was a nice guy. However we didn't even get out of the car and he was already walking over that made for a pressure situation right away. The car i test drove had a mechanical issue that caused a sound while test driving. The salesman played it off as oh well and had no knowledge of the vehicle. The asking price was ridiculous i did all my homework before hand. Go somewhere else.

They were kind enough to tell me when the car did not pass the Virginia inspection.
Dealer responded. I was just not ready to travel the distance required to test drive the vehicle. Dealer reached out a second time to be sure that all of my questions had been answered.
Dealer worked well with us to get acceptable terms. Only negative was Saturday staffing was low and did not include "detailers" to thoroughly clean the car, so it car was not primped as well as it would have been. Dealer offered to detail it on another day if I brought it back but that is an 1 1/2 hr drive.
