Oil change took two hours when there was nobody was there! wtf seriously.. i might as take my volvo to ford. Did you know they don't mind doing it..?
This appeared as spam on my fb wall. Not sure why the hell I getting this spam, but would you trust someone who spams? Hell No. Might want to be EXTREMELY cautious dealing with business that spam, I would never do business with some one like this. You shouldn't as well.

Had an exceptional experience at Volvo cars in Lisle. The salesman, Rich was exemplary, knew the vehicle inside and out and after the sale he spent two hours going through every detail of the technological interface. This was a first and I have purchased over 50 cars in my lifetime. I received a fair amount from my trade in and a excellent discounted price on my 2000 Volvo. If reading this dealership in the salesman it would have to be an A++ rating.
Fantastic experience this week. Thank you Chris and team! We had discussed the car previously on the phones so when we walked in, they were not just ready but welcomed us like royalty. Price we got there was unbeatable. But it was really the service that sold us.
I don’t take the time to write reviews all too often, but this dealer is seriously second to none. Whether I’m in for service or sales everyone is friendly, professional and genuinely willing to help with whatever it may be! On my 4th Volvo and never once had a bad experience. Simply amazing. Thank you all!
Awful cars and awful service, they tried to scam us one after another.
I had a very early morning appt @Volvo of Lisle location today to have a brand new 2019 SUV serviced because of an engine light notification and recall and received the worst service ever. I expected a high level of service from a mid luxury company, instead the "customer service" rep blew off my request and talked about me to her fellow co workers stating that "I had a crush on my car". I'm quite disappointed and hope to receive better service at the next dealership
