They were quick to reply by e-mail and phone. I spoke to two people over 2 days. They were nice. My only problem was that I had to finance the car in order to get the best price. I just wanted to write a check. That paying cash or check would not be possible.It's a shame that most of the dealerships have the same policy. I bought a car from another dealership that didn't have that policy at a great price.

I was interested in buying a specific car that they had (a convertible). I received one call from them with no follow up after that call. When I called in again, the lady taking my call asked me what care I was interested in and asked for my phone number 4 times during the call. I finally asked if she was writing anything down. although she promised to call back later that day, I never heard from her again. The dealership and I confirmed my appointment for a test drive. I drove over 40+ miles for the test drive to find out they don't have the car there. It was moved to another dealership on my side of town. I was told by Volvo there is a guy waiting for me to do the test drive and I asked are you sure.
