I called this dealer and offered to buy this car at the CarGurus advertised price of $29,895. The dealer then said that with taxes and "fees" it would cost me $37000!! I told them not to call me back. I see that the dealer has just sold this car for $32,995. It seems to me that they were not prepared to sell at the originally advertised price, and that they purposely advertised it at a lower price which they were not prepared to honor. This dealer is the worst experience I've ever had. Price advertised is actually 2k below what they really charge with add-ins they hide in the fine print. Ask for information in the truck and one guy says they bought it from a nearby dealership. Another sales guy says it was from his manager. They were rude and unprofessional. They obviously dont care to sell a truck and admit to using "deceiving tactics" to sell cars. Their words!

From start to finish Volvo Cars of Phoenix was 5 Star! My salesman Chris Z was very knowledgeable and helpful. The sales manager Ulises was a pleasure to work with. He provided me with multiple options to stay within my budget and took the time to answer my questions. By the time I was done with the paper work my salesman Chris had my new car detailed with a full tank of gas waiting for me.
