We just bought the most amazing car! We found her on Cargurus, contacted Volvo of Phoenix, my husband flew down to Phoenix from Denver, and drove her home. I love every minute I spend in my super low mile 2013 Volvo C70!!!!!

Be very careful requesting the "internet price" via the CarGuru questionaire with this dealer. Yes... they will quote you a reduced internet price but when I informed them that I was a paying CASH customer (AND was prepared to do so based upon their quoted price via my personal email) they referred me to THEIR own T&C on THEIR website (not necessarily shown on CarGuru) that stated the internet price was based on the customer taking THEIR financing and anybody paying CASH would be subject to a 1000.00 premium for paying CASH.... read more

I was contacted right away. Just wasn't the car I really wanted.
Horrible experience - we texted to make sure van was still available. They replied YES. When we were headed in later that day, texted again to be sure van was still there. They replied YES and they would pull it around front. Got to dealership 20 min later and after being redirected several times to other cars, they finally let us know the van had been sold earlier that day. That took an hour before they told us. Does not deserve 1 star! This was the worst car dealer experience I've ever had! I am in the process of reporting this dealer to Volvo and the BBB. Basically we agreed to buy a car at the full advertised price...agreed to do their financing (even though we had cash...it's +$1000 if you don't finance)...we signed the papers and we're waiting to meet with the finance people and then, about 2 hours in...Sam, the salesperson...said let's review the numbers?
