Had a wonderful experience with the staff, but was told the wreck (singular) on the CarFax wasn’t anything major. Later discovered that there was one wreck that wasn’t major and that’s all they knew, but there was also a second wreck that was more serious. Dealer responded very quickly at night, on a weekend. But the car was sold.
The dealership contacted me promptly and I arranged a time to test drive the car. It was exactly as advertised and I was thrilled to go home with my “new” TSX wagon!

They replied to email timely but the car had already been sold.
He was very nice and prompt responded to emails in a timely manner also is keeping me informed on vehicle
They got back to me right away.
We were told that they were working on better financing options, but after sitting around for over two hours, they had not done anything. This was on a Saturday so it might have been harder than usual but we should have been told that and not "held hostage".
