My service at LaFontaine went from bad (they ordered the wrong part) to worse (it took them two hours of my sitting around for them to realize their mistake) to even worse (they broke their promise to get the part in the next business day) to inexcusable (they only told me that the part wasn‘t in after I wasted yet another hour in their waiting room). Even on a Saturday, the service was great. Yes, it's challenging for service, but once there my vehicle was well taken care of. It's a 35-minute drive for me one way. It is still well worth the time.
