this dealership is pathetic in terms of customer service. Went there to test drive a new S60 and discuss lease options. Was genuinely interested in leasing one but they assigned me some new female salesperson who was not even aware of what are specs of car, whatever questions I asked she replied with a word "maybe" .... Manager was very unfriendly, he seemed least interested in letting me go for a test drive asked me for my lease budget.... I sent a client to get a car I was suppose to get Referral fee never received it. It been 3 months then I go up there and they confirm that I was suppose to get it. And then have me waiting over hour, very unprofessional the manager Aaron Hart comes out confirms my pay walks off with attitude and never came back. Then the sales guy who did the deal has attitude. I mean am I the bad guy for sending business. I would never send one of my clients to this location again. Especially how I was treat it.
