I bought a 2018 Volvo XC90 2 weeks ago remind you I paid 35k cash it’s Volvo certified when I took the car I noticed the car was pulsating when I break from a high speed I also noticed the passenger speaker was blown I made an appointment to bring the vehicle back and get the things fixed on it they serviced the vehicle and the speaker is still doing the same thing I took the car back a week later told the service manger Frank that my vehicle was still doing the same thing he said ok I’ll come out in a minute and look at it ... read more
Excellent service department. Competitive pricing.
Just had my car serviced last week and was very pleased. The service area and showroom were clean and attractive as usual. Felt totally safe waiting for my car in their comfortable waiting area. Greeted warmly by both Frank and Pat Dwyer and would not take my car anywhere else. I have owned Volvos for approxmiately 25 years.

I'm not normally the person to go bad-mouth a business but this is a situation where I don't feel I have a choice. I've been a loyal customer to Lafontane Volvo for years, spending quite a bit of money on my 2009 Volvo S40 R design AWD. In spite of all that service I still managed to blow the 2.5L turbo engine up. Over the past month I've made four different calls to the service department, not once getting an answer, attempting to schedule repairs to no avail.
