This place has gone down hill. It used to be amazing.
I have been coming VMC for a couple of years now and love the Doctors and the services there.. One nice thing is the office hours are great. 8:00 til 10:00 mon thru Friday a Saturday 8:00 til 5:00. I receive great care and courtesy there and hope you will too.
This is a great Drs office. Wonderful staff. Love their hrs can go day or night and on Saturdays too.
Horrible rude staff. Sat there for over an hour with a fussy baby & was ignored and when I went up to the window two of the women rolled their eyes at me. Great doctors, horrible staff.
I no longer take my kids to this doctor office. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. They have people running the front office neglecting patients. Still waiting 3 weeks now to get my son's medical chart release, they just refuse to do it!
I am a new patient and I spent all last week trying to set up an appointment, I have called and left multiple messages and never get through and never a call back, I have never even been seen here and I am already frustrated. I understand that you may not always get to the phone but why even take messages if you never going to call back?
