Receptionist gave me a 1:30 appointment, I called to notify them that I was running late and they said no problem when I got there turns out the receptionist had put me for 1:20 slot and they didn’t want to see my daughter who was sick. They should’ve told me over the phone that they were going to reschedule me but she said it would be no problem and they did not see my baby who was sick and had recently been in the ER, and now was worse. My kids have been going to Volusia Medical for 6 years and I have to say that recently the office staff is seriously lacking. I love the doctors, but it's nearly impossible to get through on the phone, even to make an appointment, and the staff rarely calls back at all. I'm truly disappointed.
Noone answers the phone here not even for the patients! They always are overbooked and you can guarantee you won’t see the same doctor everytime you have an appointment. This is one of the worse medical centers I have ever been too! My husband is active duty military he doesn’t need a doctor(s) to not care about his medical concerns considering what his occupation is, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Dr. Treece and Tina S. are absolutely fantastic. It has always been a struggle for me to find a good Dr I can trust. I have had nothing but great experiences at the practice and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place they can find answers. I am extremely thankful that our insurance brought us here.
I have the up most respect for Dr. Treece and his assistant Tina. Very caring, on time, and professional. THANX....YOU ROCK
