Hire competent front staff. They seem to spend more time talking with each other than doing work. They screw up appointments, ignore people at the window, don't answer the phone (blamed on a faulty phone system), and will put you at the back of the line just because they don't like you. The doctors and NPA's are pretty good though.
Worse answering service ever... And doctors don't seem to care... Won't be back, not like I could get an appointment anyways..
Find someone to organize, sound proof the rooms for private conversations. You shouldn't feel overwhelmed by staff behavior.

I was diagnosed with small vessel disease of the brain and need a referral to see a neurologist. I was told by the Deland office that I MUST make an appointment so they can decide whether I need a neurologist or not!!! Really??? I am changing doctors as soon as possible and I sure hope nothing happens to me because of their stupidity!!!
The doctors are great but the people at the front desk are obviously not doing their job. Absolutely impossible to get anyone on the phone and if you leave message they never call you back. This is unacceptable , I can’t get my medications month after prescribed because they are are not doing what they are supposed to ! Hire new staff , someone who actually wants to work !
Office staff were rude and confrontational at the DeLand office even though it was their own scheduling mistake. I would never treat somebody that way let alone a customer going there for the first time. There are plenty of other doctors to go to, don't waste your time here and by the looks of the place not many people do.
