Total incompetence on parade. I had a tele-appointment with Dr Lapp. She is the most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever spoken to. She wouldn’t stop talking and would not listen. She told me that I didn’t need a tele appointment and that I was wasting her time. She said I needed to be seen in person. Well that is what I was trying to do when I made the appointment! RecommendedEveryone that I have encountered there has been really friendly and assisted me with any questions that I have had. The phone system can be annoying but the staff is amazing.

We’ve had good and bad experiences especially with phone calls but I am writing this review for FLORENCE who is a Godsend, by far the most efficient, over the top employee I have ever dealt with by phone. We had big concerns, had problems with finding specialist in network for my husband who had a stroke. She went over and beyond expectations. Can’t say enough good things about her! Thank you, Florence, for making a positive difference for us! You are amazing!
My Doctors are amazing and the staff are doing everything to protect our health. I am so happy they are doing all that needs to be done to protect the patients. Door bell, limiting patients in office cleaning sanitizing wearing masks taking temps. My husband and I have the best in Doctors Dr. Yee and Dr.Luong make sure we always have screenings and all we need for our health needs. I appreciate all they do and I give the a five star rating.
Nursing staff is efficient, and compassionate. Was able to get appointment short notice. Dr. Luong is extremely competent. Thank you for taking such great care of my family.
Kristen, at the New Smyrna Beach office, has hands down provided my family and I the best service possible, during some of the most stressful times in our lives. Kristen is beyond equipped to do her job, and surpasses the standard of care that others in her field have provided in the past. They should close up shop due to lack of compassion. Walked in due to an emergency, and ended up going to hospital for care. Found another doctor who does care about patients.
This office is a joke. they can't seem to find anyone intelligent to work the front. They never answer the phone, it takes days(if ever) to get a call back and they never seem to know what they are doing. Completely unprofessional.
